We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Package Your Items

Place your jewelry back into its original Astrid & Miyu packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a mailing box or padded envelope.

Ship the Parcel

Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
