To keep your pieces shining, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided, and clean gently with a soft polishing cloth.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Can I book a piercing or welding appointment online?
Absolutely! You can book appointments for our Piercing Studios or Weld (permanent jewelry) services directly through our website by selecting your preferred store location and time slot.
Is there a warranty on my purchase?
All Astrid & Miyu items come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not include accidental damage or general wear and tear.
